1. Nature of the Service & Digital Good
1in8.3 is a permanent historical ledger and digital registry for founders, creators, engineers, and builders. The purchase of a spot constitutes a one-time transaction for the cryptographic allocation of an immutable, permanent numbered digital tile (“Spot Inscription”) in the Internet Lifetime Book of Builders.
2. One-Time Payment & Lifetime Access
All spots are purchased via a single, one-time payment. There are zero recurring subscription fees, hosting charges, or renewal dues. Once a spot is purchased and inscribed, it remains associated with your account and published on the permanent ledger for the operational lifetime of the internet registry.
3. Spot Allocation & Immutable Numbering
Spot numbers are issued sequentially and capped at exactly 1,000,000,000 (One Billion) total spots. No additional spots will ever be minted beyond this hard cap. Once a spot number is permanently registered to a transaction, that serial number cannot be re-allocated to any other party.
4. User Content & Inscription Code of Conduct
Builders are permitted to customize their profile name, profession, country of origin, biography/motto, avatar image, and social links. You agree that your submitted content will not contain:
- Unlawful, fraudulent, or defamatory statements.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or explicit adult content.
- Infringement of third-party trademarks, copyrights, or personal privacy.
- Malicious redirect links, phishing URLs, or malware distribution.
We reserve the right to sanitize, blank, or remove content that violates these basic ethical standards while preserving the underlying serial allocation.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform design, typography, brand marks, and software code are the intellectual property of EdsweRO and Rishika. You retain all rights and ownership to the personal trademarks, project names, and logos you submit in your profile inscription.
6. Service Availability & Redundancy
We maintain multi-region cloud hosting and decentralized ledger snapshots to ensure continuous availability. However, we do not warrant that access will be entirely uninterrupted in cases of global DNS outages, upstream cloud infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and digital trade laws. Any disputes arising from transactions on this platform shall be resolved amicably through our support team or competent legal jurisdiction.
