Public Inscription Profile: Your displayed builder name, country/flag, profession, biographical motto, avatar photo, and social links (X, LinkedIn, GitHub, Website).
Transaction Reference: Order ID, payment timestamp, currency, and spot allocation identifier.

Payment Card & Banking Security: We do NOT collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or bank account credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are processed directly through Razorpay via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant bank-grade encryption.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to:

Generate and publish your permanent digital spot on the global 1in8.3 ledger.
Render your high-resolution Pass of Permanence card and downloadable digital certificate.
Authenticate your access to the Builder Portal to update your public details.
Send critical transaction confirmations, security notifications, or password reset instructions.

3. Public vs. Private Data

Public Data: Your builder name, profession, country, bio, avatar, and chosen links are published to the public grid as part of your permanent inscription record in the Internet Lifetime Book of Builders.

Private Data: Your account email address, password hashes, and internal user identifiers are strictly private and never published or sold to third parties.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use lightweight browser localStorage to cache your local session, theme preferences, and spot preview so you experience instantaneous page loads. We do not use third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

5. Data Retention & Builder Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to:

Access and export your profile and spot information at any time via your Account Hub.
Update, correct, or change your bio, avatar, and public links instantly.
Request deletion or anonymization of personal identifiers by writing to our data protection team.

6. Data Security

We employ enterprise HTTPS/TLS encryption, automated Firebase security rules, restricted Cloud Functions, and Level-9 Gzip compression to protect all data transmissions.
